BOARD OF DIRECTORS | ABOUT US

The First Southern Veterans Park is a great environment for all ages and a huge asset to Lincoln County. The First Southern Veterans Park is made up of 84 acres of land. The First Southern National Bank donated half and the other purchased by the Lincoln County Fiscal Court. Today, the park is made up of 2 separate sports complexes, baseball and soccer, but there are more to come.

The Soccer Complex, located off of Goshen Road, was first established in the fall of 2006, which includes nine soccer fields and two youth football fields. The Soccer Complex also has walking trails for people who want to exercise for pleasure or while their children are at practice.  The walking track is approximately .7 of a mile.

The Baseball Complex, located off of US Highway 150, had its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony in May 2008. It is made up of 4 youth baseball fields. Each field has a 200-foot fence, which is regulation size for play for boys and girls up to age 12.

Public restrooms are provided at both facility but the park does not allow for any pets of any kind.
